This policy explains how arbswap.org handles information connected with crypto exchanges, website operation and support. Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].
You do not need a public profile for a standard exchange. An order still creates payment and technical records, and contacting us or undergoing a review can add information relevant to that purpose.
Exchange and Support Information
We use selected assets and networks, sending and receiving addresses, amounts, transaction hashes, timestamps and order status to calculate, execute and follow an exchange. An email address is optional for an ordinary order.
Support records contain your messages and the details you provide to locate or resolve a case. Additional identity or source-of-funds material is requested only when relevant to a review described in our AML Policy.
IP addresses, browser information and technical logs support website operation, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. We use the information needed for those tasks rather than publishing a customer profile.
Cookies and Optional Tracking
Necessary cookies support essential website functions and continuity of the exchange flow. Optional analytics and advertising tracking remain disabled unless enabled through an applicable choice and consent process.
The private order link gives access to the exchange information available through it. Keep it confidential and avoid sharing it on public websites or with unrelated people.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Information needed to fulfil or protect an exchange may be processed by providers of hosting, storage, email delivery, security, exchange execution and transaction screening. Access and disclosure are limited to the relevant service or case.
We may also disclose information when required by an applicable obligation or necessary to deal with fraud, a dispute or a request we are required to address. This does not make your exchange details a public directory.
Retention and Deletion
Our standard service-record periods are:
- Completed exchange records: 150 days after completion.
- Technical logs: 28 days.
- Support correspondence: 180 days after the last message.
Materials needed for an unresolved review, dispute or applicable obligation may be retained while that reason continues. Deleting service records does not remove transactions already recorded on a public blockchain.
Protection of Information
We use HTTPS with HSTS for access, encryption for stored order and support data, restricted staff permissions, privileged-access logs and request limits. These controls protect the service and limit unnecessary access to records.
Never send a recovery phrase or private key in an enquiry. To verify access to an order, we request information proportionate to the case without asking you to surrender control of your wallet.
Privacy Requests and Policy Changes
Contact us to ask about information associated with your use, request a correction or seek deletion where applicable. We may need to verify the request and retain information that remains necessary for an unresolved case or obligation.
Changes to this policy are published here, and material changes are communicated where required. General exchange support remains available through the contact section on our homepage.
